Who we are

We are X360 Growth, based at 2209 Falcon Ave, Bettendorf, IA 52722. We provide X360 Growth, a complete system for running a small business, and Max, the assistant built into it. This policy covers x360growth.com, max.x360growth.com, the X360 Growth app, and the websites, messages and pages we host for our customers.

Two kinds of information

Information about you, when you visit our website, book a demo, join a waitlist, buy a plan or use X360 Growth. We decide how this is used, and this policy explains it.

Information our customers keep in X360 Growth about their own clients and contacts, such as names, phone numbers, appointments, messages, invoices and notes. It belongs to the business that put it there. We store and process it only to run X360 Growth for that business, as it directs. If you are a client of a business that uses X360 Growth, that business's own privacy policy applies, and questions about your information should go to them first.

What we collect about you

• When you contact us, book a demo or join a waitlist: your name, email, phone number, business name and anything you write to us.
• When you buy a plan: your name, email and billing details. Payments are processed by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• When you use X360 Growth and Max: your account details, your business details from Business Setup, and what you ask Max, so Max can answer and do the work you approve.
• When you visit our websites: basic technical information your browser sends, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use it to run and protect the service.

How we use it

• To set up and run your account, your website and Max.
• To bill your plan and your messaging balance, and to stop billing when you cancel.
• To answer your questions, send sign in links, alerts and service emails, and tell you about important changes.
• To tell you about X360 Growth, where you asked to hear from us. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
• To keep the service secure and to find and fix problems.

We do not sell your information or our customers' information, and we do not rent or trade it.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and tick a consent box on one of our forms, X360 Growth may send you text messages: non-marketing messages about the thing you signed up for (for example, a waitlist or your account), and, only if you ticked the separate marketing box, messages about offers and new features. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of buying anything.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the providers that deliver our messages for us.

Max and artificial intelligence

Max is an assistant that uses artificial intelligence. It is not a person. What you ask Max, and the business information it needs to answer, is processed by our AI provider to produce Max's replies. Our AI provider does not use it to train its models. Max changes nothing in your account until you approve it.

Who else handles it

We use outside companies to run parts of X360 Growth. They handle information only to provide their service to us:

• our customer management and messaging platform, which stores contacts, calendars, forms, messages and invoices, and sends texts and emails;
• our payment processor, for plans and invoices;
• our AI provider, which powers Max;
• our hosting provider, which serves our websites, Max and the websites we host for customers;
• Google Fonts, which supplies the typefaces on our websites (your browser asks Google for them).

We may also share information when the law requires it, to protect people's safety, or as part of selling or reorganizing our business, in which case this policy continues to apply.

Cookies

Our websites do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Max uses a cookie to keep you signed in, and the demo uses one to remember that you are trying it. The booking calendars, forms and checkout embedded on our pages come from our platform and payment processor and may set cookies of their own to work.

Keeping it safe

Sign in to Max is by a one-time link sent to your email, and our providers use encryption and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so keep access to your email to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

X360 Growth is not set up for HIPAA. If your business is a HIPAA covered entity (for example, you bill health insurance electronically), do not store protected health information in X360 Growth. For this reason SOAP notes stay off for businesses that bill insurance electronically.

How long we keep it

We keep your account information while you are a customer. After you cancel, we keep your account and website for 90 days so you can come back or ask for a copy of your information, and then delete it, except records we must keep for tax, accounting or legal reasons. Information about people who contacted us but did not become customers is kept until they ask us to delete it or it is no longer needed.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, get a copy, or have it deleted. Email admin@x360growth.com and we will reply within 30 days. We confirm who you are before acting on a request. If your request is about information a business keeps about you in X360 Growth, we will pass it to that business.

Children

X360 Growth is for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version on this page applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change affects how we use information you have already given us, we will tell you by email first.
