For massage therapists
You became a massage therapist to help people. Not to run a front desk at 10 pm.
X360 Growth answers your messages, books your table, sends your reminders and intake forms, brings clients back and asks for reviews, all while you are on the table. Built by a massage therapist who lived every part of this.
- Every caller and message answered, even mid session
- Clients who rebook without you chasing them
- A practice that runs from one place, with Max to make it easy
Free setup. No contract, cancel any time. Special promotion: $147 a month, locked in for life.

Sound familiar?
Be honest. Does this sound like your week?
- Your phone buzzes in your pocket during a session, and you know that caller will book someone else if you do not call back fast.
- You finish a full day of hands on work, then sit at the kitchen table answering texts and confirming tomorrow.
- One month you are booked solid. The next, the schedule is full of holes and you are lying awake doing the math on rent.
- A client tells you it was the best massage they have ever had, promises to rebook, and you never see them again.
- A no show leaves a paid hour empty, and you had no card on file to hold it.
- You know you should be posting on social media. You do not know what to say, and it never gets done.
- Your website looks dated, does not book anyone, and every change means waiting on someone else.
- You pay for a booking app, a payment app, an email tool and a website, and none of them talk to each other.
- Your hands, wrists and shoulders ache at the end of the week, and every dollar you earn depends on them.
- You did not get into massage to be a marketer. Selling yourself feels wrong.
If you nodded at three or more of those, keep reading. This page was written for you.
The real cost
What it is really costing you
Most therapists do not lose clients because of their work. They lose them in the gaps between sessions.
01
The call you could not answer
When someone is in pain, they want help today. They message two or three therapists and book whoever answers first. You were on the table with oil on your hands. By the time you checked your phone, they had booked somewhere else. That is not one lost session. It is every session that client would have booked with you for years.

02
The client who loved you and drifted away
They were not unhappy. Life got busy and nobody reminded them. You meant to follow up, you always mean to, but between the table, the laundry and the texts, follow up is the first thing to fall off the day. Every regular who drifts away has to be replaced by a stranger, and finding strangers is the hardest work in your business.

03
Feast or famine
When you are booked solid you are too busy to market. When the schedule empties out you have nothing working for you, so you scramble, discount and hope. You cannot plan a vacation, a new table or a slow season, because you never know what next month brings.

04
Your body is the business
There are only so many sessions your hands can give in a week. If the only way to earn more is more hours on the table, your income has a ceiling, and your body sets it. One injury, one illness, one bad month, and the income stops.

05
The work after the work
You are the therapist, the receptionist, the scheduler, the bookkeeper, the laundry service and the marketing department. The intake forms, the reminders, the reviews you meant to ask for, the posts you meant to write. Your family gets whatever is left of you at the end of the day.

It is not you.
None of this happens because you are bad at business. It happens because you are running a whole business by hand, with tools that were never built to work together. You are not failing. You are carrying too much.

From one massage therapist to another
I built the system I wished I had.
I am Matt DeWild, a licensed massage therapist and registered nurse, with more than 30 years in health care. I opened my own practice in 2010. I knew bodies. I knew how to help people out of pain. What I did not know was how hard it would be to keep a practice full.
I know the feeling of the phone buzzing during a session, and knowing that if I did not call back fast, that person would book somewhere else. I know what it is like to finish a full day of hands on work and then sit at the kitchen table confirming appointments and trying to remember who I promised to follow up with.
I tried to fix it the way most of us do. An app for booking. Another for email. Another for payments. A website I was almost afraid to touch. Each one had its own login and its own monthly bill, and I was still doing all the work.
As my practice grew into Integrated Functional Health, I learned what actually fills a calendar and keeps it full: fast replies, reminders, follow up, reviews, memberships and content that builds trust. I also learned the only way to do all of it, and still have hands and a life left, was to let a system do the work. So I built one.

The fix
Here is what changes
Each of these runs on its own once it is set up. You see what happened, and Max asks before it does anything new.
Every caller and message answered, even mid session
Before: You are on the table and a new client calls.
A missed call gets a text back within seconds. Texts, website chat, Facebook, Instagram and Google messages and email all land in one inbox, so you reply from one place between clients, not from five apps at night.
Your table books itself
Before: Booking happens by phone tag.
Clients book online, any hour, at the times you choose, with the buffer you need between sessions. Take a deposit when they book. Confirmations and reminders go out by text and email on their own, and clients can reschedule without calling you.
Intake done before they walk in
Before: New clients fill out paper forms in your waiting room.
Intake and consent forms go out when they book. Clients sign on their phone, and the answers land on their record before they arrive. After the session, tell Max how it went, by typing or talking, and Max writes the SOAP note for you to check and sign.
Clients who come back
Before: Rebooking depends on your memory.
Thank you notes, check ins and "time to book again" reminders go out on schedule for each client. Ask Max who has not been in for two months and it drafts each of them a warm note to come back.
Income you can count on
Before: Every month starts from zero.
Sell memberships and packages with automatic monthly payments, plus gift cards for the holidays and birthdays. Send invoices and payment links by text or email.
Reviews after every visit
Before: You forget to ask, or feel awkward asking.
After each session, clients are asked how it went and get your Google review link. Everyone gets the same link, no filtering. You see every rating, and a low one comes to you privately so you can make it right.
Social media without the guilt
Before: You know you should post. It never happens.
Ask Max for a post about neck pain, stress or desk posture, and it writes it in your voice. Schedule a month of posts to Facebook, Instagram, Google and more in one sitting, and they publish on their own.
A website that books, changed by asking
Before: Your site is dated and every change is a wait.
Max builds your website from your services, prices and hours, or from your current site, on your own domain with booking built in. Want a new photo, price or page? Ask Max in plain words, check it, publish.
Know how the practice is doing
Before: You find out it was a slow month when the money is short.
Max shows today's sessions, revenue, new clients, no shows, your average rating and how many clients rebooked within five weeks, each compared with last month and last year, in plain words.
Income beyond the table
Your hands should not be your only income
X360 Growth includes a client portal under your own brand. Sell self care videos, stretch guides or relaxation audio as one time purchases or monthly memberships, so part of your income keeps coming in while your hands rest.

Example
A Tuesday, two ways
The same day. A very different you at the end of it.
Without a system
- 7:30 amAnswering yesterday's texts in bed before you are even up.
- 11:00 amA new client calls while you are mid session. You miss it.
- 1:00 pmLunch is spent confirming tomorrow and hunting down an intake form.
- 3:00 pmA no show. A paid hour, gone.
- 9:30 pmKitchen table. Notes, texts and the post you meant to write. Again.
With X360 Growth
- 7:30 amTwo new bookings came in overnight, with intake forms already signed.
- 11:00 amThe missed caller got a text back in seconds and booked Thursday.
- 1:00 pmLunch is lunch. Reminders for tomorrow already went out.
- 3:00 pmThe reminder did its job: your 3 pm is on the table.
- 6:00 pmYou dictate today's notes, sign them and close the laptop. The rest of the night is yours.
An illustration of how the system works, not a customer story.
Who has not been in for two months? Ask them to rebook.
I found 4 clients whose last visit was more than two months ago. Here is my plan:
- Text Sam, Lena, Chris and Pat a short note from you
- "It has been a while. Your shoulders will thank you. Book here: (your booking link)"
- Tag them "win back" so you can see who returns
Nothing changes until you tap Approve.
Meet Max
Run it all by simply asking
Max is the assistant built into X360 Growth. It knows your calendar, your clients, your services and how you like to sound. Ask the way you would ask a capable front desk:
- "Who has not been back in two months? Ask them to rebook."
- "Move Saturday's clients to Friday and let them know."
- "Write a post about desk neck for this week."
- "Add a 90 minute deep tissue session to my menu."
Max shows you a plan and waits for your OK before it books, moves, sends, posts or changes anything.

Riverbend Massage is a made-up massage studio set up the way X360 Growth sets up yours: website, online booking, intake forms, memberships, follow ups, reviews and Max. Look around as much as you like. No sign up.

Do the math
The no-brainer
Doing all of this yourself takes a stack of apps and the hours to run them. Hiring help to run them costs more again. X360 Growth is the whole system, plus Max to run it with you.
Example: if your sessions are $90, X360 Growth costs less than two massages a month. One regular who would have drifted away, now back every month, more than covers it.
Special promotion: $147 a month, locked in for life.

Honest fit
Who it is not for
- Practices that bill health insurance electronically. X360 Growth is not set up for HIPAA, so SOAP notes stay off for you. Everything else works.
- Therapists whose clients belong to the spa. If an employer books your clients and owns the client list, X360 Growth is not for you yet. It is for therapists who have, or want, their own clients.
- Anyone looking for a magic button. X360 Growth does the follow up for you. Your skill on the table is still what makes clients come back.
Questions
What massage therapists ask us
I work alone or rent a room. Is this too much for me?
No. X360 Growth was built for the solo therapist who does everything. Free setup takes about five minutes: tell Max what you offer, your prices and your hours, or let Max read them from your current website.
I am not good with technology.
You do not need to be. You talk to Max in plain words, the way you would text an assistant, and Max shows you exactly what it will do before it does it.
I already have a booking app and a website. Can I switch?
Yes. Your client list comes across, Max builds your new website using what is on your current one, and you keep your own domain.
Will my clients feel spammed?
No. Only the messages you switch on go out, they read like a note from you, and anyone can reply STOP at any time.
Can I protect myself from no shows?
Yes. Take a deposit when clients book online, and automatic text and email reminders mean far fewer people forget.
What about SOAP notes and HIPAA?
Independent therapists can keep SOAP notes on each client's record: tell Max how the session went and it writes the note for you to check and sign. X360 Growth is not set up for HIPAA, so if you bill health insurance electronically, SOAP notes stay off.
Can I run it from my phone?
Yes. Max works in any browser on your phone or computer. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.
Can it answer my phone and book for me?
Yes, with the AI Receptionist add-on at $125 a month. It answers calls, books appointments and hands over to you when a person is needed.
How are texts and calls charged?
From a prepaid messaging balance that starts at $25 and tops itself up when it runs low. Your business phone number and texting registration are included.
Is there a contract?
No. X360 Growth is month to month. Cancel any time, and your client list and your domain stay yours.
Picture six months from now
The table is full. The phone is quiet. You are not.
Clients book themselves while you work. Reminders, forms, follow ups and review requests go out on their own. The ones who drifted away are coming back. Your memberships bring money in on the first of the month, whether the phone rings or not.
And at the end of the day, you close the door and you are done. No kitchen table. No 10 pm texts. Just the work you love, and a life outside it.
You already know what a full practice takes. You do not have to build it by hand.
Free setup. No contract, cancel any time. Special promotion: $147 a month, locked in for life.
P.S. $147 a month is a special promotion. Join now and it stays your price for as long as your plan is active.
